I Muri Salento Bianco

I Muri Bianco Puglia IGP is the freshest and most approachable expression of Apulian white wine. Fruity, elegant, and versatile, it’s made for every occasion.

Made from a blend of Malvasia Bianca, Chardonnay, and Verdeca, the grapes undergo gentle pressing, followed by slow fermentation at low temperatures and aging on fine lees for 2–3 months to enhance its aromatic depth.

In the glass, it shows a straw-yellow color with golden hues. The bouquet is intense and fruity, with aromas of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit. On the palate, it is fresh, easy to drink, balanced, and persistent.

Perfect with seafood starters, fish soups, soft cheeses, and light pasta dishes.
